There are two main types of acupuncture: TCM and 5 elements. We offer both. Acupuncture is a way of balancing the Qi (vital energy) of the body using fine needles, on specific acupuncture points on the body.
Aromatherapy builds on ancient knowledge of the plant world with modern scientific advances, distilling the essences of plants, flowers and trees for their therapeutic qualities, to help heal the body and the mind. Only high quality essential oils are used – where possible local and organic.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT provides a structured approach to talking about our difficulties. This approach is the preferred treatment of choice for most mood disorders. CBT is a short-term therapy with long-term effects. It focuses on helping people regain lost skills and developing new ones. Andrew may use a combination of therapies depending on the needs of the client.
Nutritional Therapy is for anyone who wants to improve his or her health. You may have a specific health problem or you may want to know how to eat to prevent health problems in the future.
Reflexology is the therapeutic massage of the hands and feet (usually the feet.) You do not need to get undressed, just remove your socks and shoes. The treatment deeply relaxes the body and mind together, thus allowing healing to take place.
Spinal Reflexology works by gently releasing the muscles around the vertebrae of the whole spine. This enables the underlying nerves to function at their optimum.
